Ravi AI Visuals is an independent creative service agency operated by an individual freelancer (sole proprietor) — the agency is run by one person, not a registered company or a team of employees. The legal / business name is Ravi AI Visuals, operating from Dhrangadhra, Gujarat, India. By purchasing a package or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services we provide

We provide digital creative services — AI-generated images, videos, ad creatives, and related visual content — as described in the package you select on the Pricing page. Deliverables, quantities, and scope are those listed for the chosen package.

2. Your responsibilities as a client

• Provide an accurate project brief and any required assets, references, or brand materials.
• Confirm you own or have the right to use anything you send us (logos, photos, product details, brand names).
• Give clear, timely feedback within the revision rounds so we can deliver on schedule.
• Use the delivered work lawfully and in line with the platforms you publish on.

3. Delivery timelines

Timelines are given in business days per package (for example: Single Shot ~3, Campaign ~7, Full Deploy ~14). The clock starts only after payment is confirmed and all required brief/files are received. Delays caused by late feedback or missing information extend the timeline accordingly.

4. Revisions

Revision rounds are included per package:

• Single Shot — up to 2 rounds of revisions.
• Campaign — up to 3 rounds of revisions.
• Full Deploy — 2–3 rounds of revisions.

Additional revision rounds can be purchased at 50% of the package price (as shown on the Pricing page).

5. Ownership & intellectual property

Once your project is paid in full, ownership and usage rights to the final delivered files pass to you for your commercial use. Until full payment is received, all drafts and work remain our property. We may display non-confidential finished work in our portfolio or for promotion; tell us in writing if you'd prefer we don't, and we'll respect that.

6. Prohibited content

We can't create or assist with content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit, involves minors, impersonates real people without permission, or violates third-party intellectual property or platform policies. We may decline or stop such projects.

7. Cancellation

Either party may cancel a project by written notice (email). Amounts already earned for work completed up to the cancellation may be retained; the rest is handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Disputes

If something goes wrong, please contact us first at support.raviaivisuals@gmail.com and we'll work in good faith to resolve it. Most issues are solved quickly this way before any formal step.

9. Liability

We deliver our work with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Dhrangadhra, Gujarat, India.
