Ravi AI Visuals is an independent creative service agency operated by an individual freelancer (Ravi AI Visuals) — one person, not a registered company. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, who we share it with, and your choices. We keep it accurate for an individual freelancer — we don't claim any corporate structure.

1. What we collect

• Your name, email, and phone number.
• Optional company/brand name.
• Your project brief, messages, and any files or assets you upload for the work.
• Basic account details if you sign up (email + a securely hashed password, or Google sign-in).
• Payment confirmation details from our payment processor — we never see or store your full card details.

2. Why we use it

• To deliver the creative work you ordered and communicate with you about it.
• To process payments and send order confirmations, file links, and updates.
• To provide support and keep basic records of the work done.
• To show finished work in our portfolio — only with your consent.

3. Third parties we use

We use a small number of trusted providers strictly to run the service:

• Payment processing — Razorpay (handles your payment securely).
• Website & email hosting — our web/hosting server and Gmail SMTP for transactional emails.
• File delivery — Google Drive (and a Google Apps Script) to create your private project folder and deliver finished files.
• Optional sign-in — Google Sign-In, if you choose it.

Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms. We don't sell your data to anyone.

4. Retention

We keep your project data and reasonable payment/records for as long as needed to deliver the service and keep basic business records. When it's no longer needed, we delete it — or on your request, where we're not required to keep it.

5. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information — private client folders, hashed passwords, and no storage of card details. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

6. Cookies & local storage

We use minimal browser storage — for example, keeping you signed in. We don't run advertising trackers on this site.

7. Your rights — access & deletion

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Just email support.raviaivisuals@gmail.com and we'll action reasonable requests promptly, subject to any records we're required to keep.

8. Children

This service is intended for clients aged 18 and over.
