Refund & Cancellation

We want you to be happy with your work. Ravi AI Visuals is an independent creative service agency operated by an individual freelancer. Because we sell custom digital creative services, refunds depend on how far a project has progressed. This policy does not remove your rights when a service is not delivered as promised.
1. Refund eligibility
- Before work starts — if we haven't begun and no files have been produced, you can cancel for a full refund.
- After work starts but before delivery — a partial refund may apply, minus a fair amount for the work already completed.
- After final files are delivered and accepted — the work is custom and non-returnable, so refunds don't normally apply — except where the service was not delivered as promised (see below).
2. If we don't deliver as promised
If we fail to deliver the agreed work, you're entitled to a fix (a redo/completion) or a refund. We'll always try to make it right first, but a refund is available where we can't.
3. Revisions come first
Please use your included revision rounds to get the result you want — revisions exist to refine the work. A refund is not a substitute for using the revisions included in your package.
4. How to cancel or request a refund
Email support.raviaivisuals@gmail.com with your Order ID and a short reason. We'll confirm eligibility and next steps.
5. Approved refund timeframe & method
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days after approval. The time for it to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card provider.
For approved refunds, the refunded amount will be returned to the original payment method. Razorpay's original payment-processing fees and applicable taxes are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount; any instant-refund fee, if selected, may also apply.
6. Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law when a service is not provided as agreed.
