Delivery Policy

Ravi AI Visuals is an independent creative service agency operated by an individual freelancer, selling digital creative services — not physical products. Nothing is shipped; every deliverable is provided electronically.

1. When delivery starts

Work begins only after (a) your payment is confirmed and (b) we've received all required brief details and files. If either is missing, the timeline pauses until we have what we need.

Delivery timeline starts from payment credit confirmation, not order date.

2. Timelines

Each package has an estimated delivery time in business days (Single Shot ~3, Campaign ~7, Full Deploy ~14). Late feedback, missing assets, or scope changes extend these estimates.

3. How work is delivered

• You receive a private, assigned Google Drive folder and an email link after purchase.
• You upload your brief/assets to your main folder; finished work and daily updates appear in your "Completed Work" folder.
• Revisions are delivered through the same folders/email.

4. Accessing your files

Please download your final files within a reasonable time after delivery and keep your own copy. If you lose access, contact support.raviaivisuals@gmail.com and we'll help.
